Sync level between 2 devices

Question

I have 2 iPhones on the old one I am at level 10726 on the new one everything was fine and they were synchronized, at some point I deleted the application and reinstalled it, since then there has been a problem, both iPhones have the same nickname and even the same user ID, after I reinstalled the application all the parameters are the same but for some reason on the new one I don't get the level 10726 even though everything is the same. Do you have an idea?

If you still don't see the right level please force close the game, wait a few seconds, and then reopen it.If that doesn't work then please sign out of your Facebook/Kingdom account, close the game, reopen it and then sign back in again - sometimes it just needs a little nudge to make sure the level loads correctly.
