I'm trying to wipe my old phone but am missing progression.

I have lost sign of completion of levels between 1770 and 2005. I have 13 screenshots to prove it

    Hi @relytch, is your map not showing anything on those levels.  They are going to ask you to do some troubleshooting so please clear the history and then make sure that you have the most recent version of the game.  Then click on one of the links below to complete the troubleshooting.
    If you still don't see anything after all the troubleshooting you can upload one or two print screens and I can then report this to the community manager.

    Hi @Elsa I only have internet at home. I'm not playing forward levels. I copied all levels from old phone backwards to new device. It was THIRTEEN screenshots. I may not be able to do this till this evening when I get back. I'm trying to wipe old phone but not if I cant continue playing OR I'll just be deleting the King family of APPS as a whole. Funny the old version has more issues than the new with friends version... that one was resolved in a single day. Its ridiculous.

    We don't need the 13 pictures so tonight just choose 1 print screen so that I can see what you are seeing.

    I am not sure what you mean by populated.  I see stars on each level.  Can you give me more details on what you mean?

    Only if I send you all screenshots between 1740 and 2005... it was 13 BUT you SAID YOU didn't need them all... there have been some show up now but still NOT MATCHING MY PROGRESS for each level... 1 star INSTEAD OF GOLD 3 stars for instance (for completion on first try).
    I will have to go check to see which ones aren't current. Will send only those from old device that haven't "appeared" properly.

    Ok and I am going to tag @Cezdiamond who is the community manager for this game.  She might have an idea of what's going on.
