I pressed on unlock tier and it took 30 gold coins so I thought I earned those so pressed it again and I’m out 60 gold bars!! Usually when you redeem something it prompts you to confirm
I want my gold bars back!!
It's a trick by the app to get to your gold. That button you pressed is to pay gold to skip a tier in Season Pass. We've complained about it in the past. That green button needs to go: Nobody ever needs to skip a tier anyway since you can use and replay old levels to move up to the top tier.
Also whenever we click on anything that costs gold bars the app never asks for confirmation, this also has been complained about again and again. You might like to add your vote to this idea:

omg so true why on earth would I pay 30 gold bats for a color bomb and some fish!! Grrrrrr
@ccw123 I was confused by this also but i didn’t purchase the gold bars. They should reword this. @QueenB @kiara_wael @MountainMom.

If you purchased your gold bars using real money then there is a chance that King will compensate your loss if you contact them using the Help function of your game, but they will not replace items that you obtained from just playing the game.
please contact support through the app. send them screenshots if you have them. good luck

Hi, I finished 23 tickets of the Yetis Draw out of 25 , still have 2 only to reach the big prize. But all tickets disspaeared on the board game and not appearing near the level number anymore. Where did they go ?
Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
