i still had 1 multiplier left, and now I don’t see it anymore. I want to use it now, but I cant. please help!

In this case @kitan26 reach out to Player Support via the game app and report this as we the Community is not able to restore items in the game: Settings (cogwheel) → Account & Help → Help Center → select a topic (lost items) → scroll down → Contact Us
@QueenB , thanks for your reply, as I am still in the game for final stage 2, I will need the multiplier reinstalled immediately please.

Thanks again for sharing the details and your Game IDs, I’ve noted them.
Since the round has already ended, there isn’t a way to restore or use the multiplier at this stage.
That said, it’s still really helpful that you reported this. I’ll pass your cases to the team so they can take a closer look and make sure everything is working as expected.

I admit i inadvertently used a few in the very beginning not knowing what they were. Once I realized what the tournament was and what the multipliers were I know I was intentionally waiting until the end when I needed them. User ID 2976397080. Thanks for sharing this, I understand why this is frustrating, especially when you were saving it for the final hours.
Your multiplier should normally appear just under the leaderboard. If it’s no longer there, the most common reason is that it has already been activated earlier in the tournament (sometimes this can happen without it being very noticeable).
At the moment, we don’t have any reported issues with missing multipliers.
However, I’d like to double-check a few cases with the team 👇

I appreciate your response. I thought maybe that was the reasoning. However, I know I didn't use them all because I was specifically saving them for the end. But, it is what it is. Again, thank you for reaching out.
Don't worry about it, you aren't going to get passed the 5th round. Just enjoy the game.
If you only have 1 multiplier left, your skilled is limited.

Your multiplier tokens should normally appear just below the leaderboard, where you can choose to activate them during a round.
If you’re not seeing them there anymore, the most likely reason is that they’ve already been used in earlier rounds. Once all multiplier tokens have been used, they won’t show up again for the rest of the tournament.
You didn’t do anything wrong here, it just means there aren’t any left to activate.

how do you get multipliers

I cant seem to find my multipliers for the all star event. I was saving them in case I needed them towards the end, and now with less than 10 hours left I cant find them😢.

Hi! I have used one of my 10x multiplier and after logging in today, I have noticed that the remainder five are not displayed. The bar with the multiplier is gone.

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date. It's also been saying occasionally about no connection, but closing out the game and restarting seems to take care of that. The real issue is the syncing…
