While filling out the form, please select the Topic with "Problem with Purchase" and the Sub-Topic with "Payment Queries". Then explain how you were getting charged two times for the transactions. Hopefully, you have kept all the transaction receipt(s) carefully. You might need those to inform the Team once they contact you!
