Why I lost my boosters?

Yesterday I lost my all boosters suddenly. I didn't re-installed the game or did anything which can lead to loose the boosters. I spend a lot of time in this game & now I have completed all the levels & waiting for new update. So I think you guys can't do it to me. Please give them back.

    I've lost alllll mine also AGAIN ! I've joined this before I give up on this game. To much time and money for me to not have all my boosters that were paid for! Smh. Did they make it right?

    Please remember, for android  boosters had directly save on device memory, You can't moved or sync them.by game crashing or uninstalling you will lose them permanently. Which not returnable.
    The studio, booster has not yet started the syncing order. So you can face such problems.Here are some tips for not facing this kind of problem in the future,

    Make your device software auto update.
    Make your app auto update.
    Don't open game when battery below 25%
    Don't accept incoming call when you playing this game.
    Close all background running app before start this game.
    Make free device internal memory up to 2 GB

    If you purchase boosters regularly they should replace them!  Not boosters that were won/earned! I would screenshot some email/purchases and send it along with an email letting them know how many you have accumulated and lost, you deserve  them back because they were purchased boosters. But if the boosters you lost we're not paid for but earned/won  they can't be replaced! which totally sucks sucks! And sometimes it takes them days to reply, but they are very kind and generous
