Glitch won't let me beat the level 2102

Hi, there is a glitch going on. I completed level 2102, it's where you have to collect 4 cherries and jelly. The cherries are in the middle of a game with a spawner in the middle. You have to drop the cherries down. The only place the cherries are is in the middle and there are no ingredient portals. I knocked down all the cherries and cleared all the jelly but it still wouldn't let me win the level. I added some screenshots that show, that the cherries had all dropped down and there was a checkmark by the jelly. Even though the 4 cherries was collected I still couldn't win it. I added various screen shots to show all the cherries were collected.

Hi Sukanta, thank you for your prompt reply. Everything is up to date. I updated my software on play store a few days ago. I also checked my current device software, it's up to date. I have play store and my device are automatically updated when available. I check weekly to make sure no update slipped through the crack. So on my end there isn't anything else that can be updated.

@Elsa, I have encountered this same problem on a different level when multiple fruit fall all at once not keeping accurate count. I have also noticed it's not keeping accurate count when hitting multiple dark chocolates at once. Someone else posted about this in support. I am playing on an older Android and followed @Sukanta_Biswas instructions and it didn't help. Sigh, I really need to get a new phone! I just thought i would mention it in case it's not an older Android problem.

****update for all of you on this level. The studio is looking into a fix but the fix won't go into effect until the next game app update. In the meantime, I was told to pass along this tip for all of you: "avoid using the fish with another booster as this is what is causing the bug. It seems to change the cherries to striped candies".****

@Elsa do you know why there is a possible to lose rewards and lives with an update? Sometimes I save life and rewards for extremely hard levels. So I do accumulate rewards. I usually get my daughter to help if I can't beat a level but I'm worried about losing my rewards Maldives with an update.

Hi @nnyz_chocolate_peach, since they are only saved on your device so that you can play the game offline, any changes can cause you to lose the rewards. So they recommend that you use them and not accumulate them. I totally understand your need to hold on to them for the harder levels. I am not sure why it might happen but from what I was told and from what I do see her from the players, it can happen and has happened. Now maybe if you are accumulating 40 or 50 of each then it would be very upsetting to lose them so maybe just keep them to a minimal and play the Sugar Drop challenge to keep building them up.
