Lost Inventory

All of My Inventory are Lost in level 1963
I dont change device nor reinstall

Please Help me get back

    I am very sorry to hear that you have lost all your boosters!!  Some players are getting affected with this bug from past couple of days.  Can you please give us your King Game User ID through this link, so that the King Team will be able to look into it?

    I have the same problem, I have lost all of my boosters in my inventory and I would like them restored if possible. My Id is 1831808041

    I am very sorry to hear that you have lost all your boosters in your game!!  Can you please tell me if you have "Reinstalled" the App OR changed your device?  I would like to make sure before informing the Community in-charge about the issue :+1:

    I have also lost all my inventory after the last update: color bombs, lollipop hammers, striped & wrapped, coconut wheels, free switch, jellyfish, lucky candy, striped brush and all my gift lives. Candy Crush ID: 3087520112. I have not reinstalled. Last updated on 5/13/19. Version 1.150.1

    i didn't change my device or reinstalled!

    Did you both loose your boosters after the Update itself?  Nothing else happened -- like game crashing, etc.,?

    hi @Pummy Raj ! no, nothing else happened! i played and it was everything okay, when i came back later my boosters just wasn't there anymore!

    Hi @Pummy Raj. Nope. Nothing else happened. Just the update. I also lost all my gift lives.
