    Some time its happens for server problem or technical problem. but do not worry, Read here for solution.
    If you buy something but not get, then king will refund you.
    If this is not resolved then contact King Care. When contacting King Care, please write your game ID. See here how to find your Game Id

    Hi @humpdee :waving: Be sure to follow these steps and especially pay attention to the instructions under "Android".
    At the very bottom of the article you can also find a link to the Player Relations Support which you can also use for the refund request.
