If it's still not worked, you click on "Contact Us" then you ask a problem and send Game ID (How to find your Game ID) that I hope how they can help and answer you bring back your saved progress but it taken longer. 😉
Lost all my levels back at 1 how do I get them back

I restarted and reinstalled both Facebook and Candy Crush, but the thing that fixed it for me was when I was signing in to 2 accounts alternately after clearing data each time! My levels are finally back 😭 thank you so much for the swift replies!!!

@Valluanne, happened to me as well, but when I synced my progress with King account. For me logging out of the game, turning off the internet connection and retarting the device and app helped. I came to the game off line and from then synced my progress again. If nothing else works, mail King support (through the game app, also you will need your game ID). They can they restore the levels manually :)
I just experienced the same issue and I was on 2100+ level :(
I uninstalled Facebook, cleared cache and re logged in and I'm still at level 1. I'm a little bit heartbroken losing my progress. :(
This was taken Oct. 1 this year. The last screenshot I took but not the last level I played in. :(

Unable to purchase
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
