Need to move game info to new Facebook account

My mother-in-law got a new iPad, but had to get a new Facebook account because she couldn't remember any of her credential info with the original account. Is there any way to move her game info (levels, etc) from the old account to the new. She still has the old iPad and still plays Candy Crush Saga on it because she doesn't want to start over. Thanks.

Please let me know when she gets the progress updated? She could also use her new Facebook account to play the game but I don't trust Facebook. Just started seeing messages here again that they can't send or receive lives. In the past it always turned out to be a Facebook glitch and now I'm wondering if their glitch is back.

Ok I'm now back on my computer. @3DGramps this is what can be done. You can create a Kingdom account and you can read all about it here:

The next step would be to get the user ID # and you can follow the steps on this link.

Once you have the number, please complete the contact form from this link: https://soporto.king.com/contact

They can manually go into your new account and get you back to where you were. It might take a couple of days before you get a response so please be patient. You should get an email with a ticket number on it. Please make sure to use this topic and subtopic when completing the form.

Hello, @3DGramps! Unfortunately, I don't think you can transfer your game from one Facebook account to another. Just to be sure, I'm going to tag @Elsa because she knows more than I do.
