Hi Jenny I did reply to your mssg on the 25th June but as of yet I am still waiting for a reply. I know you did ask me for a screenshot I have tried doing that but I cant get it to happen. Not everyone is an expert on a computer or laptop and I am one of them people. Just wondering is King .com going to rectify the problem of sending and receiving lives to other players On the platform of Windows 7 as It is that I am playing on with a laptop. I play other King .com games as well but there is no problem on them So it seems it cant be to hard to rectify. This problem has been going on now for about a month but still cant be repaired. As it is now I am seriously considering Uninstalling the app as it seems King cannot rectify the problem. It takes about 15 mins to load the game on facebook anyway. I have read the comments on the community site and a lot talks about Windows 10. To me when you install the app it does not ask you what platform you are playing so it should not make a difference then between windows 7 and windows 10 I dont Know. Hope to receive a reply

Hi Jenny At the moment I have my king.com acc and my facebook acc open and I have tried sync my progress but I Still get the pop up saying nothing will be posted to facebook. When I do the settings on king.com I dont get prompted to log into my facebook acc. I know you have asked me for a screenshot but I have tried but I cant get it to happen so I cannot sent it to you. If you want I will send you my username and my email address and password for both acc if you want and then perhaps log into my accs then you can see for yourself what happens. I dont mind that. Or if king .com sorts out the problem of sending and receiving lives on Windows 7 as that is what I am playing on with a laptop I would carry on then playing then on king.com

You're wanting to sync your king.com account with Facebook?

It sounds like it's the pop up where you need to log into your Facebook account. In order to sync your King.com account with your Facebook account you will be prompted to log into Facebook. Make sure that it's the correct Facebook account because you cannot un-sync the accounts.

That's what I think is happening but I can't tell for sure without a screenshot.

Thanks Last time While back now I spoke to Jenny she wanted a screen shot but I cant do that. Is it better to give up on the game as I am considering that now

Noit does not help me. To sync my progress I have gone through settings etc and at the end I get pop mssg to say nothing will be added to facebook. In your last mssg you tell me to click the pink settings button on my screen but I dont have any pink buttons on my screen at all. I play the game on windows 7 through laptop on king .com. Seems to me then king has not updated windows 7 then. I dont know then

The last message is from the community moderator so please read what she wrote. I think she is more or less saying what I wrote here to complete the contact form. Here are some print screens to help you get your user ID #.

Click on the pink settings button or you might already have it visible so click on the Kingdom icon. The box will pop up asking you to join or to login so you will login in. The next pop up is where you are going to get your user ID #. Look at the Welcome Back message and right on top is the King icon. Double click on it and then it will show you your # which would be in the last print screen. Of course, I whited out my number and email address. Let me know if this helps you.

Nothing happens when I click the icon. Are you around tomorrow if you are I will contact then. When is best time to contact you as I am available anytime at the mo as I have just had total knee operation in the last month. Thanks Mel

Click on the icon and it should pop up telling you that you are logged in or have to log in. When it pops up and you are logged in at the top is a King icon. You have to double click on that and it will show your number.

I have the kingdom icon so I click that nothing happens I have my user name can they find my id number with that and my email address

Hi Elsa I have tried finding my ID number through facebook after I press the green cogwell then it goes to settings but I dont get the facebook log out option to log out. so I dont get the king logo to double click it. So thats out of it. The second option I dont have an account button option in my game The only thing I have is my user name of mel d in top left hand corner of the screen So I dont now know. What else can you suggest Mel

I don't think that King is not willing to sync you. It could be a program/system error. Ok this is what I am going to tell you to do to get your progress on Facebook. If I already told you, here you are getting it again! After doing thousands of messages here I can't remember who I told what so please forgive me.

Once you have the number, please complete the contact form from this link: https://soporto.king.com/contact

They can manually go into your new account and get you back to where you were. It might take a couple of days before you get a response so please be patient. You should get an email with a ticket number on it. Please make sure to use this topic and subtopic when completing the form.

When they write you back tell them that you can't sync the two of them and maybe they can offer you an answer. If they tell you to come back here to ask, please tell them that you have been working with me and I suggested that you ask them while they are moving your progress on Facebook.

Hi Elsa Yes I have been onto facebook acc and I do get the lives banner. Regarding my facebook acc and the kingdom Yes I have the same email address but different passwords for them but as you said that should not make a difference. If that is the case why cant I sync my progress because everytime I try I get a pop up at the end to say nothing will be posted to facebook . The only thing you can do then is close it. When I spoke to you a while back You passed me over to jenny. Jenny wanted a screenshot from me but I would not have a clue how to do a screenshot so thats why I kept playing on King.com. On King.com I am on level 1525 where through facebook I would start on level 1 again. The way I can see it then King.com is not willing to sync my progress over Why ?? Or have I got the wrong opinion I dont know . Is King.com going to rectify the problem of the lives banner on Windows 7 as its that I am playing on. What do you think. Many thanks Mel.

@mel21 are you saying that Facebook and the Kingdom have the same email address but different passwords? That shouldn’t make a difference because you are logging into 2 different accounts. On King.com you are logging into the Kingdom and the other you are logging into your Facebook account. I am on my phone right now. Can you go into the game with Facebook to see if you can do the lives thing?

Yes I am playing through king.com on a laptop with Windows 7. Most probably Thats why I dont have any pink buttons on the left side. I spoke to you a while back about sync my progress from king.com to my facebook acc but then I was having a pop up to say nothing will be posted to facebook. Just wondering I have the same email address for both but has the passwords got to be the same as well as at the moment I have different passwords. Do you know whether that will make a difference with sync my progress over to facebook. Can you let me know please. Mel

By any chance, are you playing on king.com? There is some glitches going on and the studio is working on a fix. When I posted those print screens above they were for mobile devices and Windows 10. Not sure if it's available when playing through Facebook. But if you are on king.com then you will have to wait for the studio to fix them.

Hey guys, the sending of lives was recently changed in the game. The only way that you can send lives now is just before opening a level. On the left side you will see pink buttons to the right of each friend. You can to click individually in order to send the lives out.

@mel21, to receive lives are you going into the heart? Which you click on it this box should pop up. I am logged into the Kingdom but if you are logged into Facebook that will show up. You have to click on the "Ask Friends" button and then the second print screen will pop up to ask for lives.
