I can not receive tickets to progress to the next Level

For over a month I have been stuck at level 350 waiting for 3 tickets to progress, have not received any, not receiving any lives.  Friends are not getting the request, and can not send lives. Windows 10 computer.

    Hello, @a_Grumpy! This has been a constant problem on King.com. You could play the mobile version if you sync your game to a Facebook or Kingdom account if you like.

    Hi! I've got the same problem than Grumpy. Since two weeks the game is stopped because I can get the next level. Nobody send me tickets and I can't send movements but I can send lives. I Play in my computer in King.com and I want to keep working this way. Help me please.  Thanks!!!

    Having the same problem at level 636.  How do you sync to a kingdom account, and will I lose my levels and boosters if I do that?  Playing on windows 7 enterprise on pc.  Anyone, please HELP!

    @schmertz, you can read about creating a Kingdom account by clicking the link I'm going to post below. You shouldn't lose your boosters unless you switch to another device. About the problem, you can always play through the mobile version. You will lose your boosters, but there are no road block in the mobile version at all. I'm not familiar with what King has done with this problem in the past, so I'll tag @Jelly Jenny to find out. She should be back tomorrow since they're probably out of office now.
