How do I sync my Facebook account to the community?

I have downloaded the app and linked my Facebook I am on level 4985. But when I log on to community. King using the same email address it has me as a newbie. Please help

I don't have a save your progress button. I switched to desktop and still don't see it. This is my view

@Sakeena Did you log in there? You need to be logged in so you can see that button.

Yes I did, I've been logged out and logged back in again

Ok, now when you are logged in go to the right upper corner and find Settings and then Account. From there you should be able to see and option to sync your game.
