when i have won a game and go to collect rewards, they do not drop, freezes and have to reload game every time ,doing this for months on facebook games

Try to play the game with Strong Network, because in some cases the Poor Internet creates such problems.

I am playing it on desktop and laptop both doing the same on Google connected to nbn0

Everything used to be ok then a few months ago. When I win a game and go to collect my rewards they will not drop I play it on Facebook0
