No "send" button to send lives

Hi guys, welcome to our community. I would like to take a moment to offer you a message for all newbies to learn more about our community which you can find here. We always run contests so be sure to do them for a chance to win gold bars.

I just found a message, same issue, and our community manager responded here. The game is not officially available for Blackberry.

I have the same problem with BlackBerry Priv. When sharing lives or coins or anything from any game, playing Coin Masters or Island King, does not matter, you are allowed to share but there is no send button to actually send the lives.

Please assist.

Man oh man, even this community has glitches. I don't see the print screen above at all. Can one of you please resend it with me tagged and maybe I will see it?

Since I don't have more ideas, I will tag my friend and a fellow Superstar @Elsa and we will see together if she has a solution for this.

@mohd74 I will give you some troubleshooting steps for Android to try.

Please note that the last resort is always reinstalling the game but if you do so you will lose all the boosters as they are saved on the device's memory. I've also noticed that you are using a Blackberry device which is running Android 6.0.1. Your device might be just too old to support this game.
