@Elsa Why not create a discussion category just for New Bees to see? It should be visible only for New Bees. Bit like how you categorise General Discussions and Off Topic. That way we can have our own individual clubs.
How about each one for different star ratings?

There is a "Newbies, This message is for you" already in the community. You also responded to it. I was thinking of that but @Jelly Jenny who is the community moderator might have to follow certain guidelines and things. She should see this message and come back to see what we are writing. I was thinking of a new section with a club name and then we could have everyone introduce themselves and have contests and such, but she might have her reasons for not trying that. Maybe too many sections might confuse people. The contests and fun things are already in the off topic area so we really don't need a separate area for that because everyone should be going into the off topic areas to read what's posted so a link would be the best for that.Not sure what you mean about different star ratings.0

The Administrators or Moderators would able to determine the players moving up the next rank. If not it can be an automatic determination.1
