My Husband has a king account and I have a king account but they seem to be linked somehow.

My husband signs on with his king account on his device and I sign on to my device with my king account with different details but they both show as same person. How can we break this link so we are not impacting each other's progress. He made a mistake and signed onto Facebook to update instead of his king account and this has seemed to have started it even though we have both logged out of Facebook and now use our own king accounts with different emails and passwords.

@Jelly Jenny this had not corrected the issue, both sign ons still link to the same ID number

I am on an Android device and so cannot locate a manage apps section in my settings and if I do go into the Apps section in settings there is no place to clear cache on the candy crush app.

Hi @lynj

To stop the loop from signing into a wrong Kingdom account, let's try out these steps:

- Disconnect the game from Facebook and Kingdom if the game is connected
- Now, delete the Facebook App from your phone (if you have the app).
- Next go to Settings, then App Management, now choose the app and Clear Cache.
- Finally, open the game again and connect to the correct Kingdom account.

Hopefully you're now able to connect to the same account! You can then reinstall the Facebook app if you like.

I knew it! I knew that was the problem! One of you has to get a new user ID #. I'm thinking that one of you needs to get a new King account but not sure if it would work with the same email address. Let's try this. I am going to tag @Jelly Jenny who is the community moderator because I want her to find out if you have to create another Kingdom account with a different email address. Then I will know for future players too. She should be back in the office tomorrow.

We both use android devicces and sign different into king accounts when playing both with seperate email and passwords but somehow the same account appears for both king accounts. We have signed out of Facebook. Neither of us have the Facebook app installed.

Hi @lynj,welcome to our community. I would like to take a moment to offer you a message for all newbies to learn more about our community which you can find here. We always run contests so be sure to do them for a chance to win gold bars.

Unfortunately once Facebook and the Kingdom are synced they can't unsync them. One of the community moderators wrote this in another message and it worked so let's try to see if it works for you. The player was on an Apple device so if you are too then follow the steps to clear the cache. If you are using Android, please let me know and I'll see if there are any directions on how to clear it on those operating systems. Please let me know if it works because it did work for the other player.

- Disconnect the game from Facebook (if connected).

- Delete Facebook App if you have it installed.

- Clear cache from your Safari: http://www.imore.com/how-clear-stored-website-data-ios-7-safari (very important).

- Restart the device and try connecting the game back to Facebook.
