Hello,I want to report that lately I've been experiencing this issue too. It loops in the same state as in the screenshot suevh has provided.- Happens on my main device (android)- I use King account only. The issue is encountered both when playing online & offline- Troubleshooting that didn't help: updating the app, cleaning all app data & cache, checked device's free spaceOn different device (tested on Windows 10 PC with the app from store) I synced my account and it did work just fine.
I might try and provide some more onfo ()EDIT:Main device is Xiami Redmi 4. Later I've tested on Redmi Note 5, the spin loops in the same loading state.

Installing today's new update didn't help for this bug.I've logged a different account (this time a facebook one) instead of King one to see how would it go - the issue persisted across the accounts. I got the 32bit version of the APK to test it - didn't work either.So I finally decided to try and test an older version of Candy Crush to see if it helps. Yes, I know this isn't reccommended - the account I used for it was quite behind with the levels too. I downloaded the 2019-01-07 version from APKPure - the bonus booster wheel worked flawlessly like there was no issue at all.Hope the tech guys are doing something about this.
