Lost all my progress😱
For a few months I used to get ‘can’t connect to internet ‘ even when I had internet connection. I followed advice on discussion group to delete the game and re-upload it but now I have lost all my progress. I was around 2783 or 2800 and am at level 1. I used to no 6 on the progress chart until last week. This is extremely upsetting. Tried logging off and on but to no avail. Have written to kingdom for help and received an automated response. Please help!!
