something went wrong (for days) “they’re fixing it” when send friends requests 4 lives

Wow, don’t know what happened to my comment on that post above!!! 
Someone said “don’t worry, it doesn’t affect your game playing - you can continue playing as usual”. That is so rediculous!!!!! OF COURSE it affects my game playing - A LOT!!!!! I’ve lost HOURS of time that I had earned boosters-sometimes several boosters at a time - just because I’m not able to send friend requests! I sometimes block off an hour or more of my schedule to play cc when I get boosters - especially when i have more than one! When I can’t ask for live, I don’t get them, simple as that!!!!! I sure don’t see how anyone can say it doesn’t affect our play!!! So it’s fb who’s the problem? Whoever it is, they ought to replace all the lost lives and all the lost booster blocks of time I could have been playing!!!!!!
