Famous Five glitch

Every time I get to the high score with Fantastic Five I get told I have an hours play with the boosters. Go to Play and I don't . These images taken one immediately after the other...Getting really fed up. What is going on?????

This has happened everytime, despite restarting the game. We have reached 5000 points at least 3 or 4 times and never had the trimed boosters.

My team got to 10000 and I claimed the boosters, but they don't show in my inventory or when I start a game. Where have they gone

Same thing has happened to be, win awards, but they are not showing up.
