Fantastic Five not Working

My Fantastic Five has not worked for several weeks. When I finish game/level it has a banner that says I've earned Fantastic Five points. The Open button on Fantastic Five is "dim" and I can't open it and I'm not earning the rewards.

Mine just stopped working pretty recently. It was a waste since 3 of the other players were inactive
