Fantastic Five not Working

My Fantastic Five has not worked for several weeks. When I finish game/level it has a banner that says I've earned Fantastic Five points. The Open button on Fantastic Five is "dim" and I can't open it and I'm not earning the rewards.

I have lost the group of fantastic five players I belonged to since it was introduced. We were all active and achieved many rewards (perhaps this is the reason for disbanding us). I have now been put in a fantastic five group with all new players and all of whom (bar myself) are inactive!! How do I get back to my old group?

End game directly once moves running out, I cannot use the gold to buy more moves to clear level suddenly. Thanks
