facebook, and king account wont sync?

my facebook level and king accont level arent synced, one is moving without the other???

Got it sorted, i logged in and out of both 5-6 times and the king account moved to the same board, don't know how, but it done, thanks for your help never the less.

the facebook account is grand, its the king account which wont sync even when i log from king into facebook on the same device, its says its synced and it isnt, my king account is 20 boards behind

done that, logged out of facebook on all devives, uninstalled it on my phone, reinstalled it, logged in, not synced. im using the same email for king and facebook

Probably, You may have logged in to another Facebook on your device. And that facebook is active on the device's user account. Your game is connecting to another Facebook for this.
Open Facebook app > Log out > Remove other Account > Restart device > Open facebook App > Log in.

Go to this page: https://king.com/games
In the top-right corner, click "Log in" (If you are already logged in, it will say "Settings", in which case skip the next two steps)
Log in using your King account username and password
In the top-right corner, click "Settings"
Choose the option "Account", then down at the bottom select "Score and progression sync"
Select "Sync progress" and you will be asked to log in to your Facebook account.

And that's it! Your progress will be synced across both your King and Facebook accounts.

Please note: your progress and Gold Bars will be synced across all accounts, but other items like Boosters are local and are not synced. 😊

Let me know.

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date.
