Hi @tosyalıı I am going to tag @Pounawea who is the community manager for this game. He will elevate it to the studio but that won't happen until Monday. In the meantime, if you see other players having this issue can you please give them this link and have them post here. Thanks!

Thanks for tagging me @bearwithme . @Elsa - Yes, I'm playing directly through the Facebook website. I'm using the Chrome browser. As I mentioned in my description, I use the latest versions.The screen shot I took over Chrome, but when I logged in from Opera and Firefox browsers, I found the same result. Since none of these solutions work, I think the problem is caused by you.
