Game is not loading properly

Hi...I am playing Candy Crush Saga through the Windows 10 app and it isn't loading right. My profile image isn't showing, none of the bonus wheels are loading, they just keeping saying loading. Any of the special games or races don't show either and just say loading. Lastly, when I open a level, I have to drag the pieces of candy rather than just clicking on the ones I want to switch.

Is there an issue with the game?

I am playing right this minute and have no problems. Have you tried logging out and restarting your computer? It's always a good first step when things get wonky. Begin at the beginning.... so to speak. Let me know if it works itself out!

Strange...I just tried opening it again and everything is loading fine.
