I am getting multiple requests for lives (4 at a time) from the same person. They automatically reload as soon as I accept. It doesn't allow me to bypass or not accept.
This is now fixed and an update for this is being rolled out!
Please make sure to update the app to the version 1.71 that has been released on all devices.

If you play on Facebook or via the Windows app on a computer the game updates automatically. However, if you keep experiencing this issue on these platforms, then clear the cache and cookies on your browser if you play on Facebook. On Windows 10, please make sure the automatic updates for apps are enabled.
Hi guys!
The mailbox seems to have some chewing gum these days as you noticed. The Lives do not get sent, nor the messages will get cleared from the mailbox.
Some of you are able to send out Lives and requests, but they are not going through the system.
This is being looked into and a fix for this will come in a forthcoming update of the game.
I will post any updates on this and when this is fixed as soon as I hear anything from the Candy factory.

I know. I even applied "the fix." Fixed nothing.
What I don't understand is why, after I accept all if my friends requests, when I connect again, even if it's after only 1 minute, the old request are still there. Why they don't disappear?

I have been getting lots of requests for lives from the same people (25-30 which is very unusual). I request lives from them but get nothing in return. This has been going on for about 1 week.
I did the trouleshooting also, and not back to normal. That's why the confusion. Thanks for your help, though. I'll just deal with it.

I'm sorry you are still experiencing the problem and even more sorry that you are feeling confused. Confused indeed you must be I bet, since you have actually gotten more than many plain answers, as follows:
1) On page 1 of this thread I gave you the following answer yesterday: "we might just have to wait a little longer for the issue to be solved for all players. There were many changes in the Community yesterday and you have to keep in mind that the Game also keeps changing and being upgraded every day" and added "... the issue has been solved for many users, whilst others -like you- will still encounter it (you might have gotten so many life requests during the days of "the glitch" that they are only now showing up, they are not actually new)." I also, did in fact, asked you to get back to me today if you kept having the same problem so we could "... see if someone from the Team can check your specific account" (in my humble opinion that sounds like someone who is trying to be helpful) and gave you the reason as to why I thought it was best not to do that yesterday. I also recommended that you kept "accepting life requests and try not to send requests yourself since that usually makes the other user send you a request back".
2) Earlier today (see the first comment on this page) Superstar @Sukanta_Biswas gave @Anca0704 even more information on this matter and as to why it keeps happening. Did you happen to read his comment?
Don't get me wrong, I understand your frustration and, trust me, we've all been there sometime. However, I don't quite understand the tone of both your frustration and confusion, specially when people have been actively trying to help you. I guess I might have to post a Question myself to see if somebody can explain it to me with a plain answer... ✌️✌️✌️

If I reinstall the game will I lose progress?

I have same problem. I check and accept all message lives request and they do not go through. they are all still there nezt time I play. What has happened? I use Windows on PC and Chrome browser
I would ask you to do an initial troubleshooting check, if you are playing the game via Facebook.
Check App Update > Log Out Game > Restart Device > Open Game & Log In.
Check your game again if there is a similar problem let me know again😊
They're not receiving the lives I'm sending. They haven't been able to send requests to me in about a week.

Hi @Stradergirl As our games are played by millions of people around all around the world, this means sometimes there can be a delay in messages being delivered, due to sheer volume.
This is something we're constantly working to improve, however it does also rely on some factors which are outside our control, such as linked social media networks and internet providers.
If you're experiencing intermittent issues, we would recommend re-sending the request and if possible, check with your friend that they're receiving and responding to them.
I am thoroughly confused. How in God's name do I get rid of the life requests from my friends that appear EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. and have been there for several days? I have not gotten a plain answer from anyone....other than it will clear itself up and let us know if it's still there tomorrow....which they are still here. Any previous posts in this thread that were deemed "most helpful" have not really been helpful to me.
Hi @Anca0704 Lives are always synced to the server, but they are stored in the device memory. So when you connect the server and play the game, the number of live may be more or less. If you do not connect the game to the server, the same number will remain.
Don't forget that you can always request plenty more lives at any time from your friends😉
Same here! :( If yesterday I had at least 25 requests, today I had 3 more and the first 25 were in the same order.
Are you playing on mobile device, Facebook or via the Windows app?
Have you tried reinstalling the game or any other trouble shooting?

@frenioz00 Still having the same issue as yesterday. I seriously doubt the "so many requests" issue because I never get more than three requests in one day.

21:56 I accepted all the request and got out of the game
21:57 got back in and the same 28 request are still there.
Hello @MayasMom and welcome to our wonderful King Community. The issue of lives is is a common complaint that I see quite a lot from players. Are you playing the game through Facebook and are these 25-30 people, friends of yours? Can you contact them (maybe via FB) to make sure they are receiving your requests for lives? You could ask them to please send you lives and then send a life back when you receive a life. I don't always check the envelope and see that I have requests for lives. I have quite a few lives saved and don't use them very often so I probably only check maybe once a week.
Another suggestion is to join one of the Candy Crush Saga Facebook groups and ask some of the active players there if they would be friends and send you lives regularly. That is what I did and why I have so many lives saved right now.
Well, @Anca0704 this is why it is called a glitch, and like every other glitch it will happen repetitively. Also, as I explained before -and as @Sukanta_Biswas further confirmed- it will take a while for "the glitch" to be solved for the millions of players worldwide.
Suggestion: while you wait for that to happen -and since you are a New Bee in the Community - why not roam around the Community and enjoy the many other things it offers? I mean, this issue is clearly only causing frustration for many right now and is not something you or I can solve, so doing something that generates joy, fun and other positive feelings might actually help the wait.

Can you access Daily Spin Wheel or extra moves?
After you send lives to friends , can you see the ✔️ Symbol?

All of a sudden, I'm getting multiple requests for lives from the two people who always send me as many lives as they request. I have only been getting one life, but 7 or 8 requests from them. Candy Crush will only let you ask but so many times for a life, so I think something is wrong. I was just on the game a couple of hours ago and had 7 requests from those 2 friends and now I have another 8 requests!

Hello @MWV1959 and welcome to our wonderful King Community. I am sorry to hear that you are having this trouble and I appreciate your bringing it to our attention. . Have you checked with your friends to see if they have actually asked for that many lives recently? They cannot receive multiple lives from you at the same time. You could check on all 7 of those lives requests at the same time - but they each would only receive one life and wouldn't receive another life from you until you received a new request and sent them a life. If this problem increases to the point where it is affecting your game - you might try and log out of the game (i.e. from Facebook), then close the game, then temporarily de-install Facebook, shutdown your platform you are playing on for 20-30 seconds,. Then turn it back on, re-install Facebook, reopen the game and sign back in via FB and see if that has cleared up the problem.

If you get one live's, you should know that there is no problem with your live's. You need to send them lives in parallel, with your notifications.That means you have to send lives to your friends when they ask for lives, Otherwise You won't get lives from them.😊
The problem is that I have been sending them more lives than I receive, so it's not that. I am way ahead of them in levels, so I only send them lives when they request. It's usually 1 for 1, but now I get 1 life & 4 requests for a life from one friend. The other friend, I just get 4 requests. You can't request that many lives at one time, so something is astray. I have been getting that many requests every 2 hrs.
I have never had any problems getting lives or sending until now, every day I have at least 2 or more request for lives and I check them and send, then the next day I have more but now after about 3 or 4 days I thought I was sending lives to my friends but evidently they are not going to them because now the requests have accumulated up to about 15 or so.
