I'd like to inform that the Studio is still working on a fix for this issue. The new version of the game (v 1.170.), unfortunately, it doesn't include the fix.
Speaking of the new version of the game: today we have started to roll out the new version 1.170. If you play the game with an Android device, keep an eye on your Play Store to update your game. For iOS and Amazon, this version of the game will most likely be available tomorrow (February 13th).
Once again, thank you all for you understanding while the Studio is fixing the issue.

Let me share with you some new information.
I'd like to inform that the Studio keeps working on the fix for the issue with sending and receiving lives. For now, it seems that it will most likely arrive with the next version of the game, v 1.171. We will keep you posted.

I understand I understand what you all are going through I've been there you still going through it I need a lot of help to start receiving live get my game back together I lost a lot of games changing my profile mess me up for almost 7 months I am so going crazy and I love my game I need a lot of support please reach out thank you
