please tell me why i can’t give lives?every day i get from “spieler “ plenty of helps...now i have some 20, but i can’ t give it🤨. When i give 5 lives the game restored that every time

Over the past few weeks I've had multiple requests for lives from one friend on Candy Crush. I honestly don't think this person is requesting lives that many times. It shows 9 requests at a time every time I open the game. It doesn't matter if I open the game once a day or once an hour.

This had been an ongoing issue until an update was released thus week. Please look to see if you have the most recent update. Then go try to send those lives to see if the problem is resolved for you. It should be okay after the update. If you have to post back please add the operating system and platform you're using to play. This has been happening to the friends I send requests to also. They are getting 20 requests when I ask for one. We are all playing on iPhones.
How many time I send lives to my friends, it keep on popping back asking for lives. Why is this error happening. Any way to fix this problem.
In between, why is asking for lives alone popping, it would have been better if extra life send by my friend pop aswell.. 😋
Every time I ask for lives it has the opposite effect I look in my inbox and it’s all my friends asking me for lives, over 20 requests for the same 4 people?? I’m losing patience with the limited lives we get 😡
How can we get rid of these requests?
My messages keep reappearing and not clearing after use of lives or confirming life requests

Such an issue has been in the game for some days but it was recently solved and You'll get rid of the problem if you update the game app. I'm asking you to check the steps below.
Check App Update > Log Out Game > Restart Device > Open Game & Log In.
