Wheel and Extra Moves stuck on loading/ connecting

Why is the booster wheel not loading to give me extra moves?

And I can't buy in game using gold bars?

I have some problem with game

It says that can't connect to store so i can not use the wheel for extra moves or my sweet golds what can i do ?

I check the update and log out the game then i restart my phone and THEN log in again but after that some other problems happen my challenge and all my boosters are gone

And again i can't connecte to store
