Level 2
I need to reset my Candy Crush progress... i.e. right now I am at Level 2048.. & want to reset it, so I would be back to Level 1.
Can anyone point me in right direction? I have tried to contact Candy Crush team by filling out the form, however even after multiple tries, I haven't received any help :(
Note: I play Candy Crush on Facebook (on my desktop computer)
Any help would be much appreciated.

I have reset the game now to level 1. Please clear the cache and cookies on your browser before you open the game the next time and the game will start from level 1.

Hello @surfmaster - I hope you have been enjoying your weekend. Please be patient, it sometimes takes a few days and manning over the weekend is less, plus their priority will be to First fix problems with the various games ( like levels that aren’t working correctly).

At times it can take a while before Player Support are able to get back to you. They always prioritize purchase issues and issues where players need their levels back and other urgent queries.
Therefore these type of requests may take some time before you get an answer.
If you haven't heard anything from them within a week, please let me know in this thread and I'll check this up. Please also add your Game ID.
How to find your Game User ID on mobile devices and the Windows app check here and on Facebook like this.

I was mainly asking about the wait time, as I had filled out the above mentioned form twice in 3rd and 4th week of march, however haven't heard anything & was little confused.
As suggested:
