I have a problem with connecting on app store and I can not use store for purchasing more that 2 weeks.I try to reinstal game and update but still is the same

The loading issue may be due to the app/game not properly connected to the game server. It may be caused by unstable network connection or game server not working properly.
Thus, do try to exit game to the game page, disconnect from internet, wait for few seconds before reconnecting back to the internet, click on the play button and play a level. After that, go to the shop tab and start your purchase.
Please also check that you have not make any in-app restriction in your device. To deactivate restriction, please read here and select the applicable topic, then do the opposite as the article is about restricting in-app purchase.

And you can also still earned more free boosters (gold bars) by another in-game features/events (also contests on this community) that you can use the boosters to beat any tricky levels too. 😉

My phone can't connect to app store
U mean connect on App Store on ur device ? Is it?
check ur internet connection. Is it fast enough... Do u have more than 2GB of memory left ...
if u can’t connect with App Store on ur device, how u reinstall ?

Please check App Update > Log Out Game > Restart Device > Open Game & Log In.
If the problem is the same then you will find complete information HERE and of course tell your Game ID there.
Anyone else have an issue with the booster wheel not letting you spin? Mine says come back in xxx hours for the next spin, but the next spin never comes. I am so stuck on level 7280 and I need some booster help!!
