Yes, I totally get this. It seems to get better if I do an update or restart me phone. I have never actually played candy crush on the computer....I may need to try this!

Wheel and extra moves stuck on connecting / Loading. I can't even get connected to the store, tried several solutions suggested here but didn't work for me. please help

It worked for me
Go to setting
Apps open candy crush and then press clear data after that open the game again it will work but there is a risk of losing boosters

You have a incorrect email address listed in your screenshot.
You have: donkey711@hotmail.co
But hotmail, has a .com after it! Missing the "m".
Should be: donkey711@hotmail.com, is the complete / correct email.
It is why you got the message: "There is a connection error. Try again in a bit" from King.
