Hello,
Can you guys help me retrieve my progress and set it to my new email. At first my progress was saved through Facebook (if I'm not mistaken) but then I don't know since when it saved to an email. The problem is the email was invalid and I don't know where it came from. When I connect it back to Facebook, I have to start from scratch. I did send email to Candy Crush Customer Care and they gave me few steps to retrieve my progress but it didn't work and now I still wait for their reply and it has been almost a week.
Hope you guys could help me.

If you have already lost the levels then connect the game with a Kingdom or Facebook and it is mandatory. Then let me know your game Id, and tell me what level you were at.
How do you get your game Id?

Your account with ID 10023838636 has already all levels saved, but I understood that you don't want to use this account? And want to use Facebook instead?
You can try with merging the King account with your Facebook and sync the levels to Facebook that way.
If that doesn't work, please connect the game to Facebook and post the Game ID from that account and I will manually restore the levels on that account.
