Level 1
I was one square off winning a level I've been stuck on for age's. I went to buy gold bars, but even after trying for 10 minute's to do so, it said failed, no money removed from my account. But I checked my Internet connection and it didn't even go to which bank account to take money from. I'm really upset because I was finally nearly finished.

Slow internet, Game not connected, or some other reason, you may face such problems. You can check out some troubleshooting below.
Reset/Clear cache data from App Store - Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.
If the problem remains the same, you need to follow the steps below.

Hi @kristivera, I assume you don't have enough gold bar to purchase the extra moves at the "Continue?..." page right? So it moves away to the page where you need to transact the purchase of gold bar. If this is correct, then you might have left the game, that's why you're not able to complete that level and on top of that your purchase also didn't go through. If these are correct, then it must be frustrating and totally understood your emotion. Another reason for failure in transaction because you didn't disable your payment method?
On the bright side, no actual money is lost 😄 but pls make sure you aren't charge.
