Glad to know my iPad is not the cause. If error of failing to properly record level is complete, and then cycling between Levels 938-939 is due to app, is there any way to fix/reinstall the app, and not lose my progress, boosters, trophies, gold, etc.? (Have saved the game to King CC Central.)

@freqflyer with tablets and mobile devices the boosters are stored on the device itself so uninstall you would lose them unless you could back your tablet up to a cloud storage, cannot tell you how to do this as not got a clue, but believe it is possible you may have to search google on how to do this.
Level can always get restored if you come into any problems but if you have saved with king account there should not be a problem.

OK, the game seems to be working properly now. How do I get back my 100+ lost levels (with many games involving popcorn, although the broken game reverted back to a pre-popcorn level?
King made money from all the ads I watched to gain boosters and be at the tops of the 5 point horse races and weekly team leader boards, etc. Since King got its revenue, how do I get my games and lost boosters back?

@freqflyer You can contact customer support from your game or the contact us at bottom of page. explain your problem and they may be able to restore your levels, you could also mention regarding boosters you never know you may get lucky.
Please note that its a free game so without the revenue the game gets we would not have a game

Understand the need for a revenue model. As I simplify the transaction, King offers me a game and makes revenue from ads and in-game purchases. This is good.
But when I do my part, and watch a ton of ads - actually suffering through the long poorly done ones - King needs to do its part and offer new challenges/rewards, not merely set my game level back to a much lesser number and expect me to continue to earn revenue for King while the game is stuck in a loop.
