My Fantastic Five was stuck at 00:00 for weeks. Finally, I uninstalled the game, losing all the sent lives I had saved and all the boosts I had accumulated. I reinstalled the game and now it's gone. Help?!

The Fantastic Five feature belongs to the test group so we can't say for sure you will always find the feature in the game.😔

Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Events and Challenges - Contact us and send them an email.

I want to log out from my f5 account I want to join the random f5 because the progress is not moving so please how can I sign out from the f5 community that I created??
I too have had FF at 00:00:00 for several weeks. I tried following all the advice described above with disabling/reenabling/logging out, new webpage etc. It's just GONE!

A mi aún me aparece el F5 de hecho ahora me permite unirme a un grupo o crear un grupo... pero sólo funciona estando conectada a Internet de resto está inactivo
@cookiemama As said can only be worth a try or you are going to have to contact support services to look into this for you.

@Freddy_Falkner thank you. I started banking boosters again but maybe I'll use them up and try another uninstall.
@cookiemama As you have already uninstalled might be worth trying again if you have no boosters to lose. Other than that think it will be wait to here from customer support. if you get an automated reply . reply back to it,

@cookiemama hi, after you have disabled and enabled the F5, please logout the game, reboot your device and log back in. See whether the F5 page will refresh, if this fails, please wait patiently for Player Support to respond to your inquiry, cos I think they are responding as fast as they could, imagine dealing with thousands of emails per day!
Whilst waiting the above, please play your game in FB or Win 10 pc. After completing your FB in one browser, close the browser, and open another browser, voila, full lives to play with again.. hope this helps. happy crushing those candies! 💖
@cookiemama . Hi, definitely a Strange one , would try steps above try disabling feature then restart you device and then switch it on and play a level see if it sync's to server correctly. Other than that you might need customer support to look into this problem for you
Turn off the switch then turn it on again.
Play any one level and let me know.

@Freddy_Falkner, I don't understand where the config wheel is. In my event tab, there's a bare spot where F5 used to be.
@cookiemama In your config wheel is features is Fantastic 5 in there and enabled or is not showing any F5 feature in there
