Are you only on King.com or are you also on Facebook? Because if you are only in King.com everything will be transferred automatically. You can then continue playing from your new device there, just like on the old one. That is the good thing about KC. I had Window 7 and then the tablet. Everything stayed the same and now with Window 10. Please check whether you have registered correctly.
