May I know what account password you wish to recover? Are you able to see the word "Forgot Password" when you failed to login? If yes, please click on it and it will send you a new password to your email. Then you can reset your old password. However, if you have forgotten the password of that email and you didn't have any backup email to receive the reset password. I guess I can't help you much. You may try and contact the email provider and see if they are able to help you.

If you forget your email, you will not be able to recover your game progress.
However, our CM can manually refund your levels to the new account
Did you also saved the game with Facebook?
Your statement is not clear to me so try to say a little more detail. We always try to get the player to return to his original game progress.

@Leenaaaaa hi and welcome. If you cannot remember your account details you will need to create a a new Account and post your game ID and the level you were on . We can then forward your details to the CM who may be able to restore your levels manually
