Hii welcome to the king community
If you are on mobile and uninstall the Facebook app and then reinstall it again you shouldn't lose anything because you haven't touched the game app. I can tell you to NEVER uninstall the game app until you have exhausted all troubleshooting methods first. You will lose both lives and boosters.

Log out ...update your game application...Restart your device and log in.

Slow internet, Game not connected, or some other reason, you may face such problems. You can check out some troubleshooting below.
Reset/Clear cache data from App Store - Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.
If the problem remains the same, you need to follow the steps below.
