Lost win streak and boosters
Due to the game glitching and not being able to connect to the store for some reason I was unable to use gold or watch ads to complete the level. I tried the same level twice before asking a question here which I can't find. I'm hoping the developers will see this and compensate me for the loss of my streak and boosters.

Why did my streak disappear??

Why advertise KitKat season worldwide if half your players don't have it?
I don't have it on a single device in our home and we have many devices. Why advertise a month long event worldwide if probably half your customers don't even have it in their game?
