Hi Pummyraj, Still no contact from any of the Candy Crush team reference my issue. I complete a level on my ipad and log out and then log in to my account and the game advances 10 levels, But the ipad is currently on level 1461 and the iphone is on level 3646. So I am going to need some help to get the two devices…

Thank you for helping. I have updated the game. I have cleared level 1026, logged off and then back on and the game has moved onto level 1046. As you say, a serious glitch somewhere.
Thank you for your help. I carefully followed your instructions, however the iPad is still not syncing. The iPad is on level 1011 and this iPhone is on level 3479.
I have checked that both devices have the same log on credentials. I have now played levels 987 through to level 1000 on the iPad and the game still has not synced with the iPhone which is on level 3479.
Some good news. I played and cleared level 531 and then the game took me to level 3010 which I played and cleared. Restarted the game and started on level 3011. It appears my long-standing issue has been solved. Many thanks to all the community members who helped with this. Best wishes Peter.
