iPad & iPhone not syncing.

iPhone is on level 3479. iPad was on level 987 yesterday, and today I have completed levels up to level 1000.
Both devices have the same log on credentials.
Any help appreciated.

Hi and Welcome to the King Community

Try with the following on both devices:

-Make sure the app is up to date

-Log out from your King or Facebook account in the game

-Force close the game app

-Restart the device

-Open the game and log in back to your Facebook or King account

Thank you for your help. I carefully followed your instructions, however the iPad is still not syncing. The iPad is on level 1011 and this iPhone is on level 3479.

Some players have been experiencing syncing issue from past few months! The Candy team are working on it, but, it is taking a bit longer.

Do you not see stars on levels # 1012 and above?

If your game App is updated on both devices, please follow below steps on your iPad and see if it works…

Replay level # 1011 and win it — Do not skip until you get the score board with Tiffi — Now, click on "next" and go back to the Map screen — Check if your profile icon appears for you to click on it to go to your level.

Please let me know how it goes 🍫🍫

Thank you for replying. I cleared level 1011 and logged off and back in, and the game had jumped to level 1026.
How do I update the game please?

Looks like you are affected with a tricky glitch! Can you try and play level # 1026 , win it and see what happens?

And to update the App⬇️

Open the App Store on your iPad;
Click on the "magnifying glass" icon;
Now, search for Candy Crush Saga in the "Search" bar;
If there is an update available, you will see "Update" button next to the game name;
Simply click on it and your game will be updated in few seconds.

Thank you for helping. I have updated the game. I have cleared level 1026, logged off and then back on and the game has moved onto level 1046.
As you say, a serious glitch somewhere.
