Both my devices are connected via Facebook but this is not helping. I have been playing for years with no problem this has only happened in the past week. I am over 8000 and never had the problem before.

Thanks for letting us know Annette. I have just tried to play again today, twice, and both times the whole thing closed down right at the end and then said I had lost a life as well. Are they ever going to fix this problem????
I am totally fed up with this. Twice now today, I have been so close to passing Level 3719, have used boosters and extra lives, and then the game shuts down. Surely someone at King/Activision or Microsoft can fix this problem !! Or at least inform your players what is happening. I cannot afford to waste more money of this…
Hi Culcie, if your game is closing down for no reason then you must be playing on Windows 10 because that is the glitch that is being reported this weekend. I went back to a lower number today to get some boosters and it still closed down for no reason making me lose all that I had just built up!!!! I thought the problem was fixed but obviously not. Very fed up. It has just done it again only 2 games later!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
