When i try and make an in app purchase, i get an error message and my purchase doesnt go through.

Back to level one
I just got a new phone. I downloaded the new app for Candy Crush Soda. And it has taken me back to level one. I also downloaded Candy Crush Saga but it kept my levels. then signed in as I was told. I have no idea what to do. Please help.

Game loads and music plays all of the game squares are missing visible candies. Is there a fix? Have reported several times, it's been unplayable for at least a few weeks. What can be done? Please help...I do enjoy this game..my other King Games are working just fine..Thank you........

Since the last week if i calculate my rewards and what i am actually seeing on my mobile android apps i am not getting any?! When i log and play from facebook using my laptop i can see them!!!

Bonus time not saving
In the past, when I won a level and prize was so many minutes, if I ended the game, the next time I I opened the game, the time was still available. Very handy when I am traveling and have alot of downtime. Now however, when I go back into the game, the bonus time is gone. Please advise.

The last two times I used gold bars I only received 3 new moves
I buy gold bars a couple of times a week. The last two times I used them I only received 3 new moves not 5. Until I am notified this is fixed I will not purchase any more gold bars

I thought I was not scoring high enough, kept playing the same ones over & over to get my Rewards.
Now I'm really annoyed, wasted alot of time replaying the same games. You have our emails, how hard would it have been to let someone know! Thanks
