Just got an update 4/5/2017. Can not play the level I was on, only the ones before. What happened?
Since update yesterday my 29 hours infinity have gone, it has taken me hours of playing to accumulate these hours, please could you restore these as this has now made me think I might as well delete game as we have been put back to 5 lives only.
I am on level 900 which comes with rewards. I have not received any level-completion rewards since level 872. How can I receive the rewards that I have earned?

I did the recent update and I have now lost my 24 hour unlimited life. Can this please be resorted? Thank you, Janet
Nothing to describe. I let the game update and it wiped out my unlimited hours I earned from winning levels, etc.

As others, I have been having the same issue, where yesterday's update erased my 24 hours of unlimited lives. Is there any way to restore them?
My treasures and unlimitid lives are gone, sinds yesterday the update, is there anyway to restore them?? I am not amused,
