Level Gifts
why i am not getting my level gifts?? i am on level 1171 and have not got the gift for the last 4 chests.... V annoying... hope u fix this asap. thanks

Treasure chests will not open
When I reach a level with a chest and win that level, the chest does open. I have gone back and rewon the level but it will still not open. This has happened 3 times now. When I open the game the game takes me to the first level where this happened even though I have long past that leved.

Why can't I collect the gifts in candy crush soda, when I unlock levels 860 and above?
Whenever I log in, it starts me at level 858, which I have passed and actually I am currently up to level 889. I am unable to collect any of the gifts for passing levels from 860 and above. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but that didn't help. All it did was make me lose my place for collecting the daily…

Hello, So I was on level 1250 and this morning my phone died and wouldn't turn back on so I went to
get a new phone. I downloaded the app and logged in to my account using my user name and password and also with Facebook, however, it says i'm on level one. I have spent so much time money and effort on this and I don't want to lose it. So PLEASE help me restore my levels, my gold bars, and my boosters Thanks.

Got a new phone. The game transferred over, but set me back at level one. I was in the 500's. Help please!!!

Once again CCS is crashing on a regular basis and "daily bonus" resets to day 1 everyday!
This is getting beyond tiresome....repeated crashing of CCS AGAIN!!! I can barely get thru a game. AND Why is my daily bonus repeatedly resetting to day 1 three days in a row??? I was on 28. U keep faking us out....everything will b great for a few weeks, then back to the same crap. How long will this fix take this…

Too challenging.
Please King. Level 1424, just not enough purple candies to get through this one, Spent 3 solid days on it and after using endless boosters and extra moves, completed. You seem to put blockers in and not enough moves to clear them, some need 6 hits!!! then underneath there is licorice....... Does anyone actually test these…

Soda Crush Level 1333
Soda Crush Level 1333: impossible to pop 8 bottles in 30 total moves. 1) First bottle does not appear until all 4 peppermint sticks are cleared; 2) After first is popped, then it takes 3 moves for fish to clear licorice blockers before next bottle appears. Need tips/help, please.
