How do I get refunds for charges for bundles that I never received??
I have been charged for bundles never received, getting both an error message saying didn't go thru and even when it said I was all set. I need that money back. And this needs to be resolved within your system.

Hello, I lost my password, i tried to reset it by sending the reset link and did not received nothing. The solution that i found on the forum was to try with different browsers. I tried with chrome, Firefox, internet explorer and safari. Can someone help to send me the link that i can reset my password ?

Loss of bonuses and boosters
Following last update I have lost all my bonuses - I was up to day 75 and now back at Day 1, I have lost all my boosters and also prior to that the gift boxes didn't open when I completed the level. How can I get these back? It's very frustrating having made all that progress and accumulated all those bonuses to lose them…

I had posted this earlier today and Johnny was kind enough to answer it very quickly. He said he will not be able to reply till Tuesday because he is out of the office although he did send me a message after I provided the information he requested. I am up to level 971 and having just uploaded the latest update I have lost all my unlimited hours /lives which were over 22hours i have invested lots of time and MONEY to get to this level and unlimited play. Please reinstate my free hours of play.

I am unable to open treasure chests.
I am not receiving rewards even though I have unlocked the required levels. I am now due sevearl rewards and each time I log on it takes me back to past levels even though the level is complete. Could you help please?
