I have played candy crush soda for a long time. I am on level 601. When I went to play today, I was on level 1. What do I do.....please help Describe your question in more detail here (at least 80 characters please)

I have an account and saved my progress but I forgot my password. I have tried having you send me a link to my email so that I could create a new password but I don't seem to be receiving the email.
I have separate versions of the game on 2 different devices and they were both reset overnight so that I lost all of my levels and boosters.
